You’ll design, refine, and communicate benefits that directly impact the health, financial security, and day-to-day experience of every associate. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Human Resources or Business Administration with the related field of study
  • Deep expertise in health & welfare plan administration, including IRS, ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA, ADA, and multi-state compliance
  • Experience managing vendors, brokers, and cross-functional partnerships with confidence and clarity
  • Strong Excel skills and the ability to diagnose root causes, streamline processes, and drive continuous improvement
  • A communication style that can simplify complexity for employees at every level
  • Leadership experience with the ability to coach, influence, and elevate team performance
  • Experience using Workday and understanding how benefits and Payroll intersect

Responsibilities

  • Leading the administration, design, compliance, and ongoing optimization of health, welfare, and wellness programs.
  • Coordinating and executing annual open enrollment, including communications, timelines, testing, and rollout.
  • Creating clear, accessible benefits communications and resources that help associates understand and confidently use their benefits.
  • Partnering with brokers, consultants, legal teams, and internal leaders to evaluate trends, identify opportunities, and ensure plan competitiveness.
  • Managing compliance requirements including IRS filings, ERISA, HIPAA, FMLA, ACA, audits, and nondiscrimination testing.
  • Leading and developing Benefits Analysts while supporting cross-functional projects involving Workday, Payroll, and third-party vendors.
