About The Position

The newly created Company, FerroWorks, has locations in Pittsburgh, McKees Rocks, and Kutztown, PA including McConway and Torley, Kutztown Foundry and Machine, and Standard Forged, which have been in continuous operations since 1869, the same year the first US transcontinental railroad was completed. We have been able to meet the needs of our customers with a steady, dependable and economical supply of high-quality railroad industry products. As McConway is the original designers of the first standard automatic coupler, continued innovation and craftsmanship have and has led to a product line that includes every AAR approved coupler as well as custom coupler solutions, which are all proudly cast in the US. Kutztown Foundry and Machine is currently searching for a Program Manager to join our team in Kutztown, PA. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to plan, track, and execute key capital and operational initiatives. You will play a critical role in ensuring alignment between project execution, strategic priorities, and financial objectives while maintaining visibility for senior leadership. Some of your key responsibilities will include: Partnering with cross-functional teams to plan, track, and execute initiatives within a large-scale transformation portfolio Preparing executive-level presentations and reports that clearly communicate project status, risks, and recommendations Collaborating with internal transformation and execution teams to align timelines with strategic and financial goals Developing and maintaining dashboards, trackers, and decision logs to monitor initiative progress Conducting structured analyses to support strategic decision-making Facilitating meetings and working sessions to ensure alignment on priorities, deliverables, and timelines Identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to keep initiatives on track

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, FP&A, or program/project management within complex, cross-functional environments or similar experience
  • At least 2 years of Experience developing executive-ready presentations and deliverables
  • At least 2 years of proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-visibility environments with shifting priorities
