What you will be considered for: Program/Project managers are responsible for leading scientific research enabling the manufacture of innovative device architectures but not limited to: Lead scientific research enabling the manufacture of innovative device architectures coupled with the realization of these architectures. Designing, executing, and analyzing experiments necessary to meet engineering specifications for their process. Participate in the development of intellectual property. Integrate the many individual steps necessary for the manufacture of complex microprocessors. Ramp to manufacturing volumes to demonstrate the technology meets requirements while simultaneously transferring the technology to counterparts in manufacturing via the Copy Exactly Methodology. Requirements

  • You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Experience would be obtained through a combination of prior education level classes, and current level school classes, projects, research, and relevant previous job and/or internship experience.
  • Minimum Qualifications:
  • The candidate must possess an Associate of Science degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or a related semiconductor related field.
  • 20+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
  • Semiconductor processing, Semiconductor fabrication, or nanotechnology such as:
  • Design of experiments, Statistical Process Control (SPC, Computational Data Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in lithography track development.
  • 5+ years of experience in lithography track maintenance experience.
  • Advanced characterization: proficient in cross-section SEM sample preparation and imaging.

Nice To Haves

  • Semiconductor processing or device fabrication and/or nanotechnology
  • Experience leading projects and leading cross-functional teams.
