About The Position

Bring recovery services directly to the communities that need them most. At McLeod Centers for Wellbeing, our mission is to build a foundation of healing and hope through equity, education, and evidence-based practice for all communities. As part of this commitment, we are expanding access to care through a mobile treatment unit that delivers services directly where they are needed most. The Program Manager for the Mobile Unit will provide administrative oversight and direction for all aspects of the outpatient mobile program. This role is responsible for ensuring effective daily operations, staff development, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of coordinated, patient-centered care across the continuum. In this role, the Program Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the mobile unit, including coordinating service schedules, supporting outreach efforts, and developing community partnerships to expand access to care. The Program Manager will also ensure the multidisciplinary team is equipped to deliver high-quality services in community-based settings. Additionally, this position includes safely operating the mobile treatment unit to designated service locations and ensuring the unit is fully prepared for service delivery. Through this work, the Program Manager plays a critical role in bringing compassionate, evidence-based treatment directly to individuals who may otherwise face barriers to care.
