About The Position

You will be the Program Manager, F-35 Sustainment Mods and Upgrades - Level 3 for the F-35 Mods & Upgrades On‑Ramp team which is responsible for delivering sustainment and modernization proposals across a global fleet of over 2,000 fielded aircraft. What You Will Be Doing As the Program Manager, F-35 Sustainment Mods and Upgrades - Level 3 you will be responsible for guiding Structural Life Limit proposals through the complete ECP/CR lifecycle while ensuring disciplined tracking and cross‑functional execution. You are an emerging program‑management professional who thrives in high‑volume, technically complex environments. You bring strong organizational skills, a detail‑oriented mindset, and the ability to collaborate across engineering, finance, contracts, and supply‑chain teams. You are eager to grow your expertise in proposal development, risk management, and lifecycle tracking, and you are motivated by delivering tangible improvements to a world‑class aircraft fleet. The selected candidate must possess an Interim Secret clearance to start. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Experience in engineering, project management, or related discipline
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent actions
  • MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN
  • This position is located at a facility that requires special access
  • The selected candidate must possess an Interim Secret clearance to start

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
  • Exposure to proposal development or contract lifecycle processes
  • Familiarity with ECP/CR processes
  • Experience in sustainment or modernization environments

Responsibilities

  • Support development and coordination of SLLP proposals (ECPs, CRs, contract modifications)
  • Track proposal inputs, schedules, and lifecycle milestones from initiation through award
  • Coordinate across Engineering, Finance, Contracts, and Supply Chain
  • Ensure data accuracy and tracking discipline within portfolio systems
  • Identify risks and escalate appropriately
