About The Position

F-35 Acquisition Program Management Analyst The Opportunity: As an acquisition management professional, you know that both sides of the acquisition and contracts lifecycle are pivotal to your clients’ missions. We’re looking for someone like you to be a liaison to the government. Bring your passion to support pre- and post-award federal contracts and improve the processes that defend our nation. On our team, you’ll support and draft program milestone related documentation to ensure compliance with all aspects of the DoD and Service-level series directives and analyze program procedures, practices, philosophies, and documentation for compliance with specifications, contracts, and mission requirements. You’ll apply advanced and extensive technical expertise and full industry knowledge to develop or contribute to solutions for a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity, including advising the F-35 Joint Program Office clients on DoD acquisition program management. You’ll analyze, assess, and coordinate acquisition program documentation, including Acquisition Strategy, Acquisition Program Baseline, Statements of Work (SOW), funding documents, contract documentation, agreements, and Acquisition Decision Memorandums. You’ll complete procurement request packages and be responsible for the safe storage and handling of sensitive documents. You’ll provide acquisition expertise regarding all statutory, regulatory, and policy updates impacting each project’s success. From creating and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders to obtaining concurrence, you’ll deliver meaningful acquisition support. Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience supporting DoD acquisition or program office
  • Experience with DoD aviation acquisition or modernization programs
  • Knowledge of cost, schedule, performance, and risk management
  • Ability to communicate to work across multiple teams
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

  • 10+ years of experience with DoD acquisition
  • Experience with 5th Generation fighter acquisition, including F-35 and F-22
  • Experience working in a DoD classified program
  • Knowledge of DoD 5000 series policies, procedures, and processes
  • Knowledge of DoD requirements and budget processes
  • Ability to work in a highly demanding and highly visible program
  • Master’s degree
  • PMP or DAU Certification
