About The Position

Paradigm Max Q is seeking an F-35 Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multifaceted program initiatives supporting the F-35 Lightning II program. You will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing program schedule, budget, and risks, ensuring compliance with contractual and engineering requirements, and driving mission success in support of sustainment, modernization, and operational readiness objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Program Management, Business, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of program/project management experience, preferably with defense aerospace programs (F-35, F-22, C-130, etc.).
• Strong understanding of F-35 lifecycle sustainment, readiness metrics, supply chain management, maintenance processes, and defense acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact with government stakeholders (e.g., F-35 Joint Program Office), OEM partners, maintenance depots, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project performance, schedule, budget, and risks; develop corrective actions to mitigate issues and optimize outcomes.
• Coordinate requirements, technical data, and information flow between internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate, timely decisions.
• Oversee contractual compliance, status reporting, and deliverables, support proposal efforts and resource planning.
