A Day in the Life The Program Manager, Executive & Director Development Programs owns the strategy, design, and execution of assigned executive and director development programs within the Global Learning and Leadership Development Center of Excellence (CoE). Operating at the program level, this role partners closely with a Program Director to translate portfolio direction and enterprise priorities into high-quality, adaptable development experiences in a fast-moving, executive-facing environment. The Program Manager brings strong judgment, applied strategic thinking, and disciplined execution—balancing service excellence with the ability to make decisions, anticipate needs, and drive continuous improvement. This role requires professional presence, comfort with change, and high personal accountability, and is well suited for a leader building strategic capability and preparing for broader portfolio leadership over time. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in leadership development, executive development, or related field.
  • Proven expertise in designing and delivering leadership or development programs for executives.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Education, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing and advising senior leaders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead work through influence, collaboration, and strong partnership in a matrixed environment..
  • Experience working with external partners, vendors, or business schools to deliver executive learning solutions.
  • Strong understanding of measurement and evaluation frameworks for leadership development programs.
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills; able to interact credibly with C-suite executives.
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on program management and delivery.
  • Global perspective and experience designing programs that resonate across cultures and geographies.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage assigned Executive and Director Development programs, ensuring program-level strategy, design, and execution are aligned with portfolio direction and enterprise talent priorities.
  • Operate within a governance framework to intake requests, prioritize initiatives, and allocate resources.
  • Operate effectively in a dynamic, executive-facing environment where priorities evolve, maintaining focus on what matters most while adapting plans and execution as needed.
  • Partner closely with the Program Director to translate portfolio priorities into program-level strategy, decisions, and continuous improvement.
  • Engage confidently in client-facing and executive-facing interactions, representing the work and the function with professionalism, clarity, and credibility.
  • Apply emerging strategic thinking skills to anticipate needs, surface risks, and make informed program-level decisions that strengthen design and delivery.
  • Serve as a trusted partner to executives, HRBPs, and business leaders by providing insight, responsiveness, and follow-through in support of leadership development initiatives.
  • Define and oversee evaluation frameworks to measure adoption, promotion, retention, readiness, and business impact.
  • Track and report on program outcomes, leveraging data to demonstrate measurable business value and continuous improvement.
  • Own program budgets, forecast needs, and align spend with strategic and enterprise goals.
  • Balance global resources and capacity across portfolios to ensure scalable delivery.
  • Integrate new technologies, modalities, and approaches to enhance leadership development programs.
  • Stay ahead of global trends in executive education and talent development, applying insights to programs.
  • Foster diversity, equity, and inclusion across all initiatives, ensuring programs are representative and globally relevant.
  • Partner with external vendors, universities, and thought leaders to bring cutting-edge practices into the portfolio.
