About The Position

Come join our Corporate Security team! In this Program Manager role, you will be responsible for administering, managing, testing, and implementing our Corporate Security Physical Security Systems in accordance with established policies and procedures. Additionally, you will keep working knowledge of all audit requirements related to physical security systems and maintaining compliance. This position is based in Overland Park, KS. It's a hybrid role, 3 days/week in the office

Requirements

  • HS Diploma required or Bachelors Degree preferred
  • Up to 2 years work experience in physical access control systems and/or CCTV software or similar preferred
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Good understanding of operating systems, software, and applications with the ability to learn technology quickly
  • Ability to quickly research and solve problems.
  • Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, program, and administer our physical access control system, video management system, visitor management system, and other systems.
  • Engage Integrator to respond to issues that require their assistance.
  • Perform quarterly system testing and take steps to investigate and remedy any deficiencies or reported issues.
  • Engage with IT on technical issues, version and/or firmware upgrades, and software packaging related to new and existing equipment.
  • Present and test new physical security systems software/equipment and determine any potential improvements to our current portfolio.
