About The Position

Help define how enterprise AI systems become trusted, governed, and continuously improving in production. This role sits at the center of a fast-scaling open-source AI platform with 28k+ GitHub stars, tens of thousands of weekly installs, millions of copilot interactions, and consistent double-digit month-over-month growth. The product is already monetizing at the enterprise level and is used by startups and Fortune 100 companies alike. Backed by $6.5M in funding, the team is small, senior, and building the infrastructure that moves AI agents from demos into durable, enterprise-grade systems. They are hiring a Senior Program Manager to lead execution across Enterprise Intelligence Systems - the revenue-driving platform that enables persistence, analytics, observability, governance, and reinforcement learning for agentic applications. The Role You will work directly with founding engineers to scale the Enterprise Intelligence Platform from an early cloud offering into a mission-critical layer for enterprise customers. This is not a feature PM role. You will drive execution across systems that must be reliable, durable, backward-compatible, and production-ready. Your scope includes persistence services, intelligence and analytics layers, operational insight tooling, governance controls, and reinforcement learning workflows that allow agentic systems to improve over time.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of program, technical program, or product management experience in complex software systems
  • Strong understanding of production environments, including reliability, observability, and lifecycle management
  • Proven experience coordinating multi-team initiatives with significant technical depth
  • Experience operating in high-ambiguity, fast-moving environments
  • Fluency in agile planning, forecasting, and dependency management
  • Comfort working in AI-native workflows and using AI tools daily
  • Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Linear, Jira, or similar

  • Experience supporting enterprise customers
  • Background in AI/ML systems running in production
  • Experience in early-stage or Series A–B environments scaling into enterprise
