The Emergency Preparedness Program Manager - Compliance, Documentation and After-Action Reporting role works collaboratively, as well as independently, as a team member to create, develop and implement the Avangrid emergency management preparedness functions (including UI, CMP, NYSEG and RG&E for electric and natural gas, Southern Connecticut Gas, Connecticut Natural Gas, Maine Natural Gas, Berkshire Gas, and AVANGRID hydro operations). This applies to both planning and preparation before an event and execution during an event. This position/function is primarily responsible to ensure effective and efficient AVANGRID response to major system outages (electric and natural gas) and to secondarily work with all AVANGRID groups to plan for and coordinate other contingency protocols.
