The Program Manager plays a critical role in enabling the successful execution of Digital Retail Solutions (DRS) initiatives across the organization. This role leads multiple related projects and workstreams to deliver strategic business outcomes. This role provides vision, structure, governance, and leadership over complex initiatives that span teams, departments, and geographies. The Program Manager ensures projects are aligned, dependencies are managed, resources are optimized, and benefits are realized. This position lives within the Global DRS Solutions Development team, and works closely with our Global Product Owners, Market (regional) Product Managers, Technology partners, Global and cross-functional teams to help execute launch activities for our Brink’s digital retail solutions. The Program Manager is accountable for delivering defined programs on time, within budget, and within scope. This role leads end-to-end project planning, execution, budget tracking, resource management, risk management, governance, and overall delivery across cross-functional teams within the context of the project. This role allows shapes initiatives, and helps define scope, structure of programs, identifies projects needed to support, and defines interdependencies. This role ensures alignment with business objectives and expected outcomes, and follows program and project methodologies while actively managing risk, scope, and stakeholder expectations. The ideal candidate combines robust program management expertise (in business and product oriented programs) with experience in working in a product organization and has experience working in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be problem-solvers and have strong communication and collaboration skills.
