Program Manager, Developer Marketing
About The Position
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for a Program Manager to join the Developer Marketing Team. Our innovative and dynamic organization is responsible for helping to grow our brand presence within the developer community. In this role, you will oversee the strategy, planning, and execution of our marketing campaigns. A successful candidate will have experience creating and executing program management and communication strategies for activities across cross-functional teams. As a program manager on the Developer team, are able to plan ahead, manage time and priorities effectively, and distill large amounts of information into digestible formats. You are organized, resourceful, with attention to detail, and have a can-do ownership attitude.
Requirements
- 2+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience improving and creating new processes and structure to achieve goals
- Experience with program management spanning planning, execution and project delivery
- Experience working with a cross functional team
Nice To Haves
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
- A strategic mindset to understand how projects connect to larger business objectives.
