This role oversees the daily operations of the Crisis Stabilization Unit. This is a 24/7 Facility and may require the Program Manager to provide after-hours support and shift coverage. The Program Manager is responsible for hiring, training performance reviews, and ensuring adequate shift coverage for assigned staff, and monitoring for adherence approved workflows and agency policies. They are also responsible for ensuring compliance with Department of Health, Joint Commission and other regulatory body requirements. The Program Manager monitors the financial performance of the program, to include census, clients without coverage and insurance denials. Ensures monthly and quarterly reporting per agency and contract requirements is completed.
