IMPACT YOU’LL MAKE: As a Program Manager for Community Engagement, you’ll take ownership of two signature programs—BECU Cares and the People Helping People Awards—that engage employees and members with the communities we serve. Your work will help scale, streamline, and bring innovative ideas to these initiatives, ensuring they grow and evolve alongside our organization and deliver meaningful impact. By improving processes, driving engagement, and supporting events, you’ll strengthen BECU’s commitment to purpose, inclusion, and community advocacy. This is your chance to make a difference where it matters most. To join our dynamic team in this role, candidates must reside in Washington State. This is a hybrid position with regular onsite presence at our Tukwila headquarters and across the greater Seattle area for event and program activities.
