Sonalysts, Inc. is seeking a motivated, detail-driven Program Manager Assistant / Junior Analyst who combines strong administrative capability with analytical thinking and a desire to grow into project leadership. What You Will Be Doing You will provide both administrative support and analytical assistance to project managers and technical teams. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Program & Project Support Coordinate meetings, workshops, and internal/external events, including agendas, logistics, action tracking, and facility preparation. Manage visit requests, access requests, closed-area training, and other security-related administrative actions. Support contract deliverable management: tracking deliverable requirements and periodicity, compiling monthly reports, and ensuring timely submissions. Maintain project calendars, repositories, checklists, procedures, and documentation libraries. Leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools to streamline work process and improve the speed of deliverables. Analytical & Operational Tasks Monitor financial and funding data, including contract cost tracking. Develop and update basic project metrics. Track team workload, hours, trainings, onboarding actions, and other programmatic performance data. Update schedules, lessons learned, project management content, and other project artifacts. Technical Editing & Documentation Edit technical reports and format documents using Microsoft Office and other typical tools. Assist with organization and management of technical libraries and document repositories. Support meetings by attending, note-taking, and tracking actions, with opportunities to expand technical knowledge. Business Development & Hiring Support Update opportunity trackers, proposal schedules, and related business development tools. Provide proposal editing support prior to technical review. Assist with job ad tracking, candidate coordination, and onboarding tasks including checklists and computer/access requests.
