About The Position

Lead a dynamic, multidisciplinary team in a long-term project to provide a range of advisory services to an Intelligence Community client, to include process improvement, audit oversight support, systems assessments, policy review and development, reporting, data analysis, and executive report development. Manage scope, burn rates, invoicing, monthly reporting, and staffing.

Requirements

• An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD Security Clearance with a COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) polygraph
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Communications, Mathematics, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or relevant degree program
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent PM certification and minimum SEVEN (7) years relevant experience as a Program Manager within the Federal government while holding certification
• Minimum of SEVEN (7) years of experience in financial management disciplines such as generating standards, researching practices, producing analysis and/or issuing policies for the Federal government
• Minimum of THREE (3) years of experience in developing strategic plans and presentations for senior managers/executives
