About The Position

At Croyle-Nielsen Therapeutic Associates (C-NTA), we’re expanding our Adult Day Program, and we’re looking for an exceptional Adult Day Program Manager to help lead the way. Starting with our Somerset location and growing into additional sites, this role is ideal for someone with strong leadership instincts who is ready to shape a solid team, excited to elevate services, and create meaningful experiences for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. What You’ll Do As our Adult Day Program Manager, you will be the operational and leadership backbone of multiple locations where you will be expected to: Lead and support day program staff across multiple sites, ensuring a positive, accountable, and engaged team culture that aligns with C-NTA’s values. Oversee daily operations with the goal of maintaining regulatory compliance so that all sites remain licensing-ready at all times. Serves as a master scheduler ensuring proper staffing levels are met and proactively coordinates and adjusts schedules as needed with clear and efficient communication to the team. Collaborates closely with the Day Program team to grow and enhance C-NTA’s service offerings while rotating their time between various sites weekly to assess operations, curriculum, and supplies. Builds an engaging curriculum that includes activities and community outings which focus on the individual’s health, safety and interests while building their skills and hobbies. This role is hands-on, people-driven, and highly impactful—perfect for someone who loves balancing leadership, creativity, compliance, and daily connection.

Requirements

  • A caring heart, a patient attitude, and a real passion for helping others succeed.
  • An associate degree in a relevant field of study with four years of IDD experience or a bachelor's degree with two years’ experience.
  • Proven leadership abilities with experience supervising a team.
  • Strong people-management skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and hold teams accountable.
  • Skill in managing multiple priorities, navigating fast-paced environments, effective decision making, and solving problems proactively.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional, people-first approach.
  • An ability to pass background checks, physical, and drug screening which C-NTA pays for you.
  • A valid PA driver’s license, reliable transportation, an ability to transport individuals safely during outings and to travel between sites.
  • Ability to obtain the Medication Practicum Observer Certification and Certified Investigator within 6 months of hire.
