About The Position

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) delivers mission-critical applications for top enterprises worldwide, operating in more than 50 regions. Within OCI, the Technical Strategy & Oversight (TSO) organization builds the foundational systems and frameworks that power our most demanding tier-one services. One of those bold initiatives is Autonomous OCI - a greenfield effort to redesign the kernel and runtime of the cloud itself. Meanwhile, demand for AI, GPUs, sovereign, and dedicated regions is accelerating faster than humans can scale. Autonomous OCI breaks this curve by making services fast, resilient, and self-healing by default, enabling OCI to scale to thousands of regions efficiently. We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) , with distributed systems and mission-critical cloud-scale services experience. This role requires a highly organized, driven individual skilled at managing multiple workstreams, driving execution, and delivering key milestones. The ideal candidate is a self-starter and strong communicator, adept at leading large-scale, cross-functional programs, solving complex problems in an agile environment, and working with stakeholders at all levels. They will leverage experience in end-to-end project leadership, prioritization, accountability, and cross-team collaboration to implement mechanisms that deliver our vision. Responsibilities include understanding business problems from the customer perspective, defining program strategies, assessing technical impacts, driving delivery, communicating status, recommending resource optimizations, and presenting updates to executives and stakeholders.
