About The Position

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is an employee-owned federal government contractor supporting national priority programs through our strategic solutions in the areas of Information Technology, Test & Evaluation, Program Mission Support, Engineering & Analysis, and Training. As a Program Management Specialist with AMERICAN SYSTEMS you will have the opportunity to do the following: Functions as the single point of contact between the contractor and COR Oversees the entire contract assuring that the proper personnel are assigned to the individual task orders Publishes the monthly reports, handles invoicing, reviews Statements of Work and funding issues, hires personnel, and advises the COR on project status and any potential problem areas.

Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance
• U.S. Citizenship Required for the purposes of obtaining/holding a U.S. security clearance
• BA/BS degree in business management, instructional technology or equivalant
• At least ten (10) continuous years’ experience in Managing an educational design and development project, with two or more year’s professional experience working on a contract for the Navy/DoD or another Department of Defense agency.
