Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience.
- Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior program management experience.
Nice To Haves
- Exposure to Government Contracting/Subcontracting is a plus.
- Basic understanding of budget management and financial forecasting, as well as earned value management.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing day-to-da y program activities to ensure smooth execution and progress of a key production program.
- Lead the identification and management of risks to prevent potential issues from affecting program success.
- Assist in addressing and resolving potential issues promptly to keep projects on track.
- Assist in the planning and execution of change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions.
- Help prepare status updates and reports for program and business area leadership.
- Support the management of program budgets, track expenses, and help explain variances.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite of Products.
- Ability to obtain Security Clearance.
