Environmental, Operations and Construction (EOC) operates within HDR’s Federal Business Group, capable of delivering services across all HDR business groups at any location. Our work is performed by our professional staff, scientists and engineers at remote sites, embedded in client office space or our own facilities. EOC delivers quality engineering, environmental, and construction management services at competitive prices. The Federal Program Management and Construction Management Cost Area is responsible for the growth Non-Design A&E services for HDR in the Federal market. The work we do can generally be described as: Title II, Construction Management Services (CMS), Base Operating Services (BOS)/Program Management, Staff Augmentation, Worldwide Fuel Systems Inspections, Emergency Management Services, Condition Inspections, Project Controls, Development of Program Management Information System (PMIS), Emergency Management Services, and many other similar services. This position specifically focuses on the management of our Base Operating Services and reports to the Fed PMCM Operations Manager with oversight and regular communication with the Area Manager.
