About The Position

You will be the Program Management Manager – Level 5 for the F‑22 Modernization team which is responsible for delivering high‑impact technology to keep the F‑22 dominant and ready. As the Program Management Manager – Level 5 you will be responsible for leading the execution of F‑22 development contracts from technology maturation through production and fielding. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher education
Experience with program/project management and program integration processes; or experience leading development or production programs
Customer Relations experience
Active Secret Clearance

Business acumen experience, including negotiation and conflict management skills
Engineering Experience and/or Experience Leading Execution of Development Programs
Managing agile software development / DevOps programs
Experience with Maturing and Transitioning Technology and/or Experience with Development Integration Efforts
Experience with DoD/DoW acquisition planning
Financial experience managing cost plus and fixed price contracts.
Demonstrated rapport with customers and strong working relationships with functions and programs
Strong organizational, planning and time management skills
Strong presentation skills and ability to address complex issues & solutions with senior leadership (e.g. program status, risk and mitigation strategies, etc)

Responsibilities

Lead cross‑functional interaction with engineering, contracting, business management, supply chain, and sustainment teams.
Integrate dependencies across multiple contracts and manage program budgets, schedules, and technical requirements.
Identify, assess, and mitigate cross‑portfolio risks and opportunities.
Drive cost, schedule, and performance management while maintaining strong customer and warfighter communication.
Ensure all actions comply with classified‑program protocols and security requirements.
