Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic college intern to support our Program Management team. The successful candidate will assist in coordinating and executing program-related activities, including project planning, scheduling, and tracking. This internship is an excellent opportunity to apply theoretical knowledge in a real-world setting, develop practical skills, and build a strong foundation for a career in program management.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Business Administration, Project Management, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Responsibilities

  • Assist program managers in planning, coordinating, and executing program activities
  • Support project scheduling, tracking, and status reporting
  • Help maintain program documentation, including project plans, schedules, and meeting minutes
  • Coordinate and participate in meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing materials
  • Assist in data analysis and reporting, including creating spreadsheets and presentations
  • Support the development of program-related materials, such as project plans, status reports, and briefings
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and finance
  • Perform other duties as assigned by program managers
