Role Summary We’re looking for a Technical Program Management Intern to support complex, cross-functional hardware development programs from early design through build, test and delivery. This role is ideal for someone who loves structure and engineering, wants exposure to real product development and is excited to dive into the development of world class power electronics. You’ll work closely with engineering, supply chain, manufacturing and leadership to keep programs on track, owning schedules, tracking risks and helping turn technical chaos into clear execution plans.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in one of the following:
  • Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Systems, Industrial, or related)
  • Engineering Management
  • Operations or a related technical field
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with technical teams and quickly learning new or unfamiliar concepts
  • Clear, effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Curious, proactive, and ownership-driven, with a willingness to ask thoughtful questions

Responsibilities

  • Lead planning and execution of hardware development programs across cross-functional design teams
  • Build and maintain program schedules, milestones, and dependency maps (design releases, builds, testing, sourcing)
  • Track risks, issues, and mitigation plans, escalating as needed
  • Support design reviews, phase-exit reviews, and executive-level summaries
  • Coordinate action items from technical meetings and ensure timely follow-through
  • Assist with documentation and tracking in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint
  • Partner with engineers to understand technical tradeoffs and their impact on schedules and delivery
  • Gain hands-on exposure to hardware builds, testing, and supplier coordination
