Auberle’s mission is to help build strong individuals, families, and communities. In 2019, Ward Home joined the Auberle family and has three programs in our Young Adult Services Department. Program Description: Auberle Behavioral Health Services provides a full continuum of trauma-informed, client-centered care to individuals and families across Allegheny County. Our programs include Outpatient Therapy, the Family Healing Center, SNAP, Homebuilders, and the Student Assistance Program (SAP). Together, they address mental health, substance use, family preservation, and prevention needs through evidence-based and compassionate approaches. Outpatient Services offer individual, family, and psychiatric care for children and adults. The Family Healing Center provides residential treatment for CYF involved parents in recovery while maintaining custody of their children. SNAP and Homebuilders strengthen family functioning and resilience through skill-building, in-home services, and crisis intervention. SAP supports schools by identifying and connecting students to needed behavioral health resources, ensuring early access to care and ongoing stability. Position Title and Overview: Program Fidelity and Quality Assurance Manager – Behavioral Health Drives quality, compliance, and accountability across all Behavioral Health programs through oversight of documentation, licensing, and regulatory standards. Conducts audits and implements continuous improvement strategies that strengthen service delivery and ethical practice. Collaborates with agency leadership to enhance staff training, develop policies, and promote a culture of integrity and excellence. Serves as a trusted liaison with DDAP, OMHSAS, CCBH, and OCYF, ensuring transparency, compliance, and program credibility. Leads and supports the supervisors of two fidelity-based programs, SNAP and Homebuilders, ensuring model fidelity and exceptional client outcomes. Location and Travel Requirements: This position is primarily located in McKeesport. All positions are also expected to come to training, meetings, and other events at Main Campus in McKeesport, as scheduled. The travel required for this position is minimal

Requirements

  • Act 33/34 and FBI Clearances required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, HS diploma/GED accepted with related experience.
  • Valid PA driver’s license, vehicle, registration, and proof of insurance may be required.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills with a focus on quality improvement and ethical compliance.
  • Two (2) years in leadership or compliance-focused role.
  • Proven ability to conduct audits, analyze documentation, and implement corrective action plans.
  • Requires working varied hours, including evenings.
