VME FAE Program Equipment and Launch Manager, responsible for current and future plant and program strategies, equipment preparation and eventual facility launch.. The program equipment and launch teams are the leads on program equipment development and launch at Ford facilities beginning at or prior to the milestone through and including the Launch Team Release milestone. The teams also drive future model quality, throughput, and cost initiatives, in addition to supporting current model as required.
