About The Position

CLOVEHITCH is seeking a Program Director to lead the delivery of case processing and operational support services for the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), Employment and Training Administration (ETA), Office of Foreign Labor Certification (OFLC). This role is responsible for ensuring the effective execution of services supporting temporary and permanent labor certification programs and prevailing wage determinations. The Program Director will oversee program performance to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant processing of employer applications; drive administrative efficiencies and cost-effective operations; and serve as the primary liaison with the client to support OFLC’s mission of delivering high-quality workforce and immigration-related services. Supervisory Responsibilities: Provides leadership to the Project Manager and contract staff Oversees staffing allocations and performance management

Requirements

  • 7–10 years program/project management experience
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing complex programs
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Due to federal contract requirements, this position is restricted to U.S. citizens with eligibility for a suitability clearance
  • Clean background check
