Ensuring compliance to state, local, federal, and contract requirements, as well as requirements from payors. Overseeing the profit and loss for the program and managing daily operations. Maintaining productive working relationships and communication with external and internal stakeholders. Overseeing recruitment and new hire onboarding processes. What is a Dual Diagnosis Treatment Team? Merakey’s Dual Diagnosis Treatment Team (DDTT) is a recovery-oriented program supporting individuals with both mental illness and intellectual disabilities. Requirements

Master’s degree in psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or similar health and human service-related field.
Licensed or license eligible as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Social Worker (LSW), Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Professional Counselor (LPC), or Behavior Specialist (LBS)
Experience in the behavioral health field with:
Two years in a mental health setting.
Two years working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
Possess at least two years of program management experience.
Valid PA Driver's License required.
