Program Director Amplity has an exciting opportunity for a talented Program Director. The Program Director will oversee outsourced commercial teams. Working in partnership with our clients, the Program Director will work closely with our clients to continue to build our successful teams. The Program Director has responsibility for overall program success, leading sales performance, developing and managing sales leaders while building and enhancing our client relationships. The Program Director will partner closely with our clients to deliver top sales and results. The Program Director will provide strong leadership, partnership and a value add for our clients. This role has responsibility for working closely with HR, TA, compliance, and other key Amplity team members. The Program Director will be involved in overseeing the timely recruitment, hiring, coaching, and developing talented team members. As a key point of contact for our client the Program Director will ensure key performance metrics are met and drive forward new business opportunities and provide ways to grow and enhance the team’s and Amplity’s performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college needed
  • Current Pharmaceutical experience with sales leadership experience
  • Prior pharmaceutical sales experience
  • The ability to lead and influence creating the desired results with a sense of urgency
  • Able to flex and adapt to gain desired outcomes
  • Analyze data and communicate results effectively to multiple stakeholders within various levels of the organization, both internally and externally.
  • Ability to convey ideas and proposals credibly and maintain a positive professional image
  • Strong computer skills with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willingness to travel as needed to client sales meetings, POAs, and other corporate meetings
  • Preferred Residence in the Eastern or Central Time Zone
  • Demonstrable experience of building rapport and creating strong, long-term client relationships
  • Experience working in the CSO environment

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage a team of sales managers, and representatives
  • Be the voice of Amplity with the client, maintaining excellent relationships, managing contract deliverables, and producing sales results that meet and exceed program goals.
  • Listen and bring insight and value to discussions around the client’s immediate and long term strategic and operational needs
  • Lead regularly scheduled client update/review meetings in coordination with rep managers and project managers
  • Create innovative proposals that engage and inspire the client
  • Create partnership strategies to sustain and grow both the businesses
  • Marshal all Amplity resources to drive achievement of program goals and exceed client expectations including coordinating with rep managers and project managers
  • Review the team’s status with Amplity quarterly business reviews and provide recommendations to maximize performance and client relationship
  • Inform budgeting, forecasting and business plans through close liaison with Amplity management
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and translate these to ensure Amplity remote engagement offerings are cutting edge
