About The Position

This position is responsible for the SAIOP, Universal MAT and SACOT programs services provided by the agency. This position reports directly to the Senior Program Director of Preventative Care. This position is responsible for oversight of listed services rendered by agency. The duties require ensuring compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, regulations and laws and assures adequate staffing at all times to meet service demand within the agency. This position is the community liaison between DAYMARK Recovery Services, MCOs, and other community stakeholders.

Minimum of a Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or relative field, from an accredited college or university.
Three to five years of clinical practice experience.
Must be Licensed or Certified in Area of Practice.

Responsibilities

Ensures strict compliance with current DHHS and DHSR coverage policies, all professional standards, IPRS/NC State, Federal Medicaid and Medicare regulations, agency policies and procedures.
Monitors performance measures.
Provides clinical oversight and supervision to CDAC and QP/AP, Peer level staff providing these services.
Assists with development of workflows to ensure services are clinically appropriate and financially viable.
Serve as a representative for agency in identified local opportunities, state, and MCO SUD initiatives.
Ensures SAIOP and SACOT are staffed appropriately for volume of services and works with peers to share resources when needed.
Serve as the liaison between the Senior Program Director of Preventative Care and the SUD teams
All other duties as assigned by supervisor
