We are seeking a confident, hands-on Program Director to lead our Signal Hill Day Program , a unique community-based service site that supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This is an operational leadership role, not an administrative one. It is not behind a desk. This is a visible, engaged position that requires strong supervision, decisive leadership, and the ability to bring structure and stability to a growing program. As Program Director, you will oversee daily operations, lead and mentor Direct Support Professionals, and ensure services remain person-centered, compliant, and goal-driven. You will collaborate closely with Regional Center, Community Care Licensing, families, and community partners while building a culture rooted in accountability and teamwork.
