Under direction of the Supervising Director and the Program Director for Black Infant Health in Central San Diego, the Program Director plans, organizes, directs, and integrates services related to Black Infant Health in North County San Diego. The Program Director is responsible overseeing the operations and ongoing management of the North County Black Infant Health Program as well as providing strategic leadership for the program and program staff, including budget management, community outreach, staff development and supervision, ensuring that the program meets the required outcomes as described in the scope of work, the role modeling of NHA’s mission, vision, and values, and other duties as requested.
