The Infant Care Power Director is responsible for orchestrating and managing the execution of Infant Care and Plastic-free Wipes transformation initiatives, ensuring priorities are clear, resources are optimized, and decisions are data-driven. This role requires a highly organized, strategic thinker who can manage shifting priorities, synthesize complex information, and provide actionable insights across 2026 ways-of-working changes and 2030 (estimated) supply chain network transformation. About You In one of our professional roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. You will be maintaining equipment associated with the production, packaging and distribution of Kimberly-Clark products through preventative, predictive and corrective maintenance work. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Strategy, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • 8+ years of experience in program management, management consulting, transformation leadership, or business operations
  • Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs
  • Experience conducting rapid analysis and insight generation in high-stakes environments
  • Strong understanding of financial and operational levels within transformation programs
  • Program Execution Management: Strong understanding of program governance, initiative tracking, and execution best practices
  • Problem-Solving and SWAT Thinking: Ability to troubleshoot emerging challenges, propose solutions, and act decisively to maintain momentum
  • Rapid Prioritization: Ability to quickly assess competing priorities and determine what matters most in fast-paced environments
  • Data Synthesis and Insight Generation: Skilled at pulling together information from multiple sources to create clear, actionable insights
  • Strategic Resource Management: Experience reallocating resources dynamically to ensure the right teams are focused on the most critical work
  • Stakeholder Communication: Comfortable engaging with senior leaders, initiative teams, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Highly Organized: Excels at structuring complex initiatives and managing multiple priorities

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate the execution of Infant Care and Plastic-free Wipes transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with program objectives
  • Choreograph workstreams across brand, innovation, and supply chain (asset and network strategy) to maximize efficiency
  • Adjust program timelines and milestones to ensure delivery of 2026 org model - ways of working and 2030 network transformation outcomes
  • Monitor shifting business and supply chain priorities and adjust program focus to ensure high-impact delivery
  • Assess resource availability and reallocate team members or funding across initiatives and transformation phases
  • Partner with initiative and functional leaders to balance workloads and remove execution roadblocks
  • Conduct rapid SWAT analysis across Infant Care and Plastic-free Wipes, including global best-cost and network trade-offs
  • Develop and maintain detailed financial models and investment cases to support key decisions
  • Deliver concise, data-backed recommendations to the Program Leader and senior stakeholders
  • Act as the central coordination point across workstreams, ensuring integration and execution discipline
  • Align Brand, Innovation, Finance, and Supply Chain teams on priorities, assumptions, and milestones
  • Serve as a “source of truth” for value tracking and integrated plan management
  • Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and mitigation strategies
