About The Position

Join our team of passionate pediatric healthcare professionals empowering Kidz to be kids through PPEC daily skilled nursing! The Site Program Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of program services at the center including food and nutrition, environment, and childcare programming under the direction of the Programming Director. The Site Program Coordinator will provide supervision and training of staff and client/family education as needed to achieve optimal outcomes. Site PC will aid the center in adhering to all state and federal regulations and organization policies. The Kidz Club PPEC provides daily skilled nursing care for children, ages birth to under 21, who have been diagnosed with medical complexities. PPECs initiate daily conversation among pediatricians, therapists, and family, providing continuity of care through case management, skilled nursing, and enrichment for the betterment of the child. Requirements

Three years of experience in a previous position
High School diploma or GED required
Minimum of one year of management experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, with an emphasis on interaction with all levels of the organization.
Must have exceptional computer skills with a willingness to learn multiple platforms.
A current negative Tuberculosis skin test (PPD) is required.
Current CPR (Basic Life Support) is required.

Nice To Haves

A CDA or Degree in Early Childhood Education
Experience with Point Click Care and/or the full Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
