The Program Coordinator position at Otto’s Place Enhanced Shelter involves supervisory oversight and coordination of programming for a supportive housing program. Otto's Place offers overnight shelter with 24/7 on-site support services, intensive case management, access to behavioral clinicians, and housing navigation for male-identifying guests, including meals, laundry, and accommodation for service pets. The goal is to remove barriers for individuals transitioning out of homelessness and help them move toward stability. The Program Coordinator works with the Program Manager to develop and expand services and manage facilities by engaging with the community and building networks. The role involves leading shift coverage, supervising direct service staff, administrative tasks, schedule management, HMIS management, and case management support, all consistent with Compass's mission and philosophy of care.
