About The Position

This is a posting for a position with the Care Transformation Collaborative-RI RI FULL-TIME-HYBRID 2 to 4 days per month in office Program Coordinator – CTC-RI CTC-RI is seeking an organized and detail‑oriented Program Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and evaluation of key healthcare improvement projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys managing multiple priorities, and wants to help advance statewide healthcare initiatives. What You'll Do Lead day‑to‑day coordination of assigned projects and support project teams. Monitor timelines, deliverables, and quality standards-taking action when issues arise. Use data management platforms to collect, organize, and present project results. Plan and facilitate team and project meetings, including agendas, materials, and minutes. Prepare reports, presentations, invoices, and budget tracking materials. Communicate regularly with collaborators, stakeholders, and internal teams. Support event planning for CTC‑sponsored learning programs. Contribute to continuous quality improvement efforts and assist with onboarding new staff. Represent CTC‑RI in external meetings and presentations. Provide backup support for other project coordinators as needed. What You Bring Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree a plus. 3–5 years of project coordination or project management support experience. Experience in public health, healthcare, health policy, or data management preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills. Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce or similar platforms preferred. Knowledge of data collection, quality improvement, or applied health services research is valuable. Why CTC-RI?
