PEDSnet is seeking a highly motivated Program Coordinator who will join an internationally recognized group at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia working to transform the health of children. They will work within a dynamic team of researchers, data scientists, and programmers, as part of PEDSnet (https://www.pedsnet.org), and the Research Institute’s Applied Clinical Research Center (ACRC), to understand predictors of childhood diseases, improve the quality of children’s healthcare, and rapidly advance knowledge through the creation and development of learning health systems. The Program Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Center and assist with day-to-day coordination of activities related to various research studies and Center activities. They will coordinate the administrative needs of the Center, such as ordering supplies, processing invoices and reimbursements, scheduling meetings, and organizing conferences. They will also be responsible for calendar management for the Center PIs, maintaining updated CVs and biosketches, tracking publications, scheduling committee and workgroup meetings, and taking meeting minutes. The Coordinator must be highly motivated, able to work independently, skilled at multi-tasking, and be an effective communicator. As the front-facing representative of PEDSnet, the Coordinator plays a critical role in external engagement and relationship management. Responsibilities include managing all communications for PEDSnet, including overseeing updates and maintenance of the PEDSnet.org website, assembling a monthly newsletter, and maintaining up to date contact lists. The Coordinator will manage the PEDSnet inbox, respond to inquiries, coordinate data access requests, and manage account access for a large number of PEDSnet collaborators. They will also assist with event planning and coordination for PEDSnet activities, and help track PEDSnet invoices and financial accounts. Must be able to maintain confidentiality of information, meet deadlines, work on several projects simultaneously, work independently and understand the goals and concepts involved in the work performed. Must be able to establish and maintain a shared work environment and consistently achieve open effective communication with staff within the Center.
