Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree At least 2 years of experience supporting students in a higher education setting (e.g., tutoring, advising, admissions) Demonstrated experience working with academically at-risk or first-year student populations, including students on academic warning or probation. Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with experience managing multiple initiatives, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously. Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across departments and communicate with diverse campus partners. Commitment to inclusive, student-centered practices and experience supporting students from diverse backgrounds. Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in higher education, student affairs, counseling, education, or a related field. Experience teaching or co-teaching first-year seminars, transition courses, or academic skills labs (e.g., TRW Lab, study strategies, time management, college success courses). Demonstrated experience coordinating or implementing retention initiatives, such as summer bridge programs, orientation programming, registration readiness events, or early alert interventions.
