The Texas Center for Pediatric & Congenital Heart Disease (TCPCHD) is seeking a Senior Academic Program Coordinator to join their team as part of the Health Transformation and Design Program. The Senior Academic Program Coordinator provides strategic oversight and comprehensive administrative support for academic, training and continuing education programs within the healthcare system. Serving as the primary liaison for faculty, staff, and students, this role ensures the seamless delivery of academic services while maintaining compliance with institutional policies and standards. Working in close partnership with academic leadership, program directors, and administrative teams, the coordinator manages program logistics, supports curriculum implementation, and maintains accurate academic records. Through effective coordination and stakeholder engagement, this role plays a vital part in advancing the quality and impact of educational initiatives.
