We are looking for a talented individual… To join our team as a Program Consultant! In this role, you will ensure smooth delivery of projects and programs. This role supports the delivery of a commercial and industrial lighting program serving customers in the state of Oregon. You will focus on developing and implementing strategies to support market education on Program objectives. Candidates must be based in Oregon be to considered. This role will require quarterly overnight travel.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience creating and implementing educational strategies, plans, and tools
• Experience planning and executing training events
• Excellent communication skills
• An adaptive and flexible mindset to change according to market needs

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement market educational plans driven by Program objectives and market needs.
• Create educational and training tools and communications.
• Lead planning for educational and industry training events.
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination with multiple parties, including the Program, the Client, and market actors such as contractors, distributors and manufacturers.
