About The Position

The Senior Program Supervisor, Energy Efficiency is an internal consultant leading advancements of Ameren Missouri’s Energy Efficiency implementation contractors and programs. Key responsibilities include: Oversees the most critical, complex or largest energy efficiency programs. Leads report outs on program performance and key insights with regulators, business leaders, and other external stakeholders. Create and implement continuous improvement with emphasis on improving the customer experience Identify declining and emerging technologies and delivery channel opportunities and lead the incorporation of those insights into portfolio plans. Lead the development of program and portfolio plans as well as contribute to Commission approval; which may include expert witness testimony. Acts as an informal leader and consultant within the group as well as provide mentoring for less experienced team members. Uses exceptional knowledge of Missouri Energy Efficiency Investment Act, energy efficiency regulatory rules, approved energy efficiency regulatory filings and associated tariffs to develop and execute strategic insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university required. Engineering, Business, Marketing, or similar background preferred.
  • A minimum of seven years of experience in managing energy efficiency programs is required.
  • Project Management Professional is required or achieved within 12 months.
  • Experience leading at least three different energy efficiency programs through the program life cycle of design, launch, operations, and closure is required.
  • Experience leading external stakeholder interactions on complex topics
  • Strong decision-making, problem solving, analytical, and computational skills also required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with critical time deadlines required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (public speaking and written) required.
  • Strong relationship building skills required.
  • Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience in contract development and execution preferred.
