The Goddard Riverside Community Center (Goddard Riverside) and the Stanley M. Isaacs Neighborhood Center (Isaacs Center) are well-established Manhattan community-based agencies that support services to approximately 30,000 New Yorkers. Our vibrant Older Adult Center/Home Delivered Meals helps older members of the community live life to the fullest by providing case management, support services and activities to more than 3,000 center members. Birthdays, holiday parties and other social events strengthen the sense of community. Our hot lunches provide vital nutrition support at an affordable price. Our older adults are actively involved in the center, so services and activities reflect their needs and interests. The Program Associate will be responsible for the administrative tasks of the Food and Nutrition Department/OAC in support of the HDM Manager in working with data entry, compliance, policies, and procedures of the department. The Program Associate will be responsible for collaborating daily with staff, clients, and volunteers. The Program Associate will provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships internally and externally, including delivering volunteer orientation meetings. Schedule: Monday through Friday 35 hours per week. Hourly Rate: $21.33 Candidates must have the required qualifications to be considered for the position. The salary offer will be based on the candidate’s number of years experience in the exact or comparable position and additional preferred qualifications will be taken into account.
