This position administratively supports the youth services and prevention teams through clerical duties, organization, follow up, coordination, and evaluation. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Provides administrative support, as requested, under the direction of the Clinical Youth Services Manager, Prevention Manager, and/or Director of Youth Services. Works with Managers and Director to develop and maintain daily coordination of clinical referrals and prevention programming, by maintaining associated spreadsheets, logs, calendars and social media. Administrative clinical duties within EHR including data entry, opening charts, coordinating referrals and running reports. Works collaboratively with Quality Improvement, Medical Records and Billing and Finance Departments as needed to gather data, track expenditures, ensure adherence to procedures, and compliance with outcomes. Takes, composes and distributes minutes for department and committee meetings as assigned. Copies and collates documents, supplies, meetings, training materials, and event packets. Maintains departmental calendars, correspondence, celebrations, and cleaning routines. Assists with preparation of onsite and virtual trainings (registration, follow-up evaluation, etc.) and conferences such as Northland Youth Leadership Summits, Northland Prevention Conference, Legislative Forum, and documentary screenings. Gathers resources (deliver if needed) requested for area events/resource fairs and help to staff and coordinate events. Assist with coordination and organization of youth Holiday drive Demonstrates professional conduct and courtesy to peers, consumers and community as a representative of Beacon. Other duties and/or responsibilities may be assigned by supervisor.
