About The Position

CT Institute For Commmunities, Inc. (CIFC), the sponsor of the Women, Infant and Children (WIC) Program, seeks to hire a part-time (22.5 hours per week) Program Assistant. This position is responsible for scheduling appointments, interviewing & enrolling WIC program participants into an electronic database. Maintaining accurate documentation, and current, complete files of program participants to assure compliance with State regulations.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (A.A preferred)
  • one (1) or more years of medical office and/or clerical related work experience
  • Strong computer skills required: Excel, Word, etc.
  • Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply.
