This position provides basic secretarial and administrative support to non-executive employees or groups within M&T Bank. Key responsibilities include performing routine administrative tasks such as filing, typing, scheduling appointments, and preparing business presentations and communications. The role also involves managing the manager's calendar, greeting clients and visitors at the front desk, handling mail distribution and filing, scheduling meeting rooms, and arranging transportation. Additionally, the Program Assistant will prepare disbursements and billings for approval, maintain financial expense records, and ensure adherence to applicable compliance and operational risk controls. The individual is expected to promote an inclusive environment and uphold M&T Bank's internal control standards, including the timely implementation of audit points.
