Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency operating throughout Arizona, providing residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient-centered medical homes, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness. CBI is recognized as a premiere non-profit provider of substance use and behavioral health programs, utilizing cutting-edge, nationally recognized, evidence-based models. The Program Assistant is responsible for reviewing and verifying program participant records, ensuring data quality and integrity, and creating queries and reports. This role supports CBI programs by ensuring accurate and thorough data entry to meet program requirements. The Program Assistant will also prepare and provide necessary training to CBI Outreach and Housing Navigators to ensure a deep understanding of the Electronic Health Record (EHR) and alternative data systems and data quality. They will understand community data standards and collaborate with Program Managers and Supervisors to develop program-specific data collection within the EHR and other database systems to efficiently provide funders with required reporting information.
