Enter document index data (i.e. grantor/grantee and legal description information) into a digital database. Assist the public with over-the counter and telephone requests. Examine documents to ensure statutory conditions have been met prior to recording. Record real estate documents in the order received. Assist in the acceptance, preparation and issuance of various vital records (i.e. birth, death, marriage, divorce). Record veteran discharges and furnish copies, upon request, to the County Veterans Service Office.
