About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program and Configuration Manager Assistant to join our team. This position will provide support to the Product Management Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the part and assembly configurations in our product lines, assisting the team with driving the engineering development of our technical products, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and helping to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality innovative solutions to meet customer needs. This position will be required to project a professional company image through in-person, electronic, and phone interaction.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent and 1+ year of program management/administrative experience.
  • Candidate must work on site at ProEnergy in Sedalia, MO.
  • US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa.
  • Successful candidate will need to satisfactorily complete pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Nice To Haves

  • Associates degree or equivalent experience in a program management/administrative role. Preferred: Bachelor's degree.
  • 3+ years' experience working in a program management/administrative setting. Preferred: 6+ years' experience.
  • Must be available to work overtime as needed, and on weekends.
  • Proven experience managing product line configurations, financial tracking, and program management assistance.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to communicate with teams from many different backgrounds and experience levels.
  • Strong organization skills with a can-do attitude to learn and help the team succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Configuration Management: Collaborate closely with the engineering teams to issue new part numbers for all gas turbine design changes. Maintain configuration control of our product line Bill of Materials which includes the OEM part numbers, the PE part numbers, and the Master part numbers. Assist with integration of the Bill of Materials into Windchill.
  • Program Management Assistance: Assist with daily program management tasks to help ensure a well-planned and organized approach in product development. Daily tasks will include the following items: Financial accounting
  • Capex Submissions
  • Financial tracking of Capex projects
  • Financial tracking of Purchase Orders and Technical Progress
  • Part cost documentation
  • Quote and Purchase Order management
  • Inventory part availability and blue light scanning management
  • Asana Updates, Accuracy, and Actions
  • Program Management administrative updates
  • Late task management and communications
  • Possess a strong can-do attitude focused on accuracy, organization, and effective communications with stakeholders.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with various teams including engineering, supply chain, sourcing, manufacturing, and customers.
  • Ability to perform research, compile and analyze data, and to write clear concise accurate reports on complex subjects.
  • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple job assignments.
  • High degree of discretion dealing with confidential information.
  • Intermediate use of MS Office Suite programs.
  • Other duties as assigned.
