About The Position

If you love bringing order to complexity and making sure every detail tells the same story, this role has your name on it. As Configuration Management Program Manager at Centrus Energy, you’ll be the guardian of alignment—ensuring our equipment, documentation, and regulatory commitments stay perfectly in sync as we design, build, operate, and maintain world-class nuclear technology. You will lead and evolve the Configuration Management (CM) Program for the American Centrifuge Operating Engineering organization, making sure the physical plant, engineering documents, and regulatory basis all line up with governing requirements. You’ll partner closely with design, construction, operations, and maintenance teams to embed CM best practices into daily work, track program health through performance indicators, and identify trends or gaps before they become issues. Along the way, you’ll mentor CM personnel, lead self-assessments, provide clear status reporting to management, and promote training that builds strong CM understanding across the organization.
